Our Facility

Stockholm Karting Center is Minnesota’s home for Kart racing and Minnesota’s Best and only Outdoor Rental Karts. This world class racing facility, located just 45 minutes west of the Twin Cities metro area, offers an outstanding atmosphere for both serious and recreational karters. The facility also provides an excellent environment  with all of the amenities it has to offer.

SKC is equipped with showers, restrooms with running water, two drive on scales, over 50 pit spots with electrical hookups and a full service karting retailer. There are also 15 garage stalls for rental on a year-to-year basis. These garages have electricity and a private deck off the back which overlooks the entire racing surface.  We can even store your kart and have it ready when you are wanting to come out and drive.

The track size is  .65  mile, 14 turn road course. With the option of multiple layouts this creates a challenge for the full time to novice karter.

Sitting 26 feet wide and having several key passing points provides an incredibly safe, yet competitive layout for racing. The road course has a combination of long straightaways, sweeping banked turns, two significant elevation changes  providing a very challenging layout to conquer.

SKC is Minnesota’s full time kart retailer. Located on site, the store is extending its outlook to reach far more people. We carry an abundance of inventory to cover all of your needs both at the track and during the off-season.

SKC is an dealer of OTK, Birel Art, Margay and Intrepid karts, IAME, Briggs & Stratton and Honda engines.  Z Racing apparel, MG tires, and several other outstanding product lines at the track. We are striving to make karting an affordable, yet competitive sport and bring a special level of service to our customers.
